Below you can see some of the projects that RG Hospitality Management have been assigned to, and some previous experiences prior to founding the firm. The aim is to showcase some of the diversity across our portfolio and some of the possibilities we can deliver to you.

Storfjord Hotel, member of SLH

Management Contract as the Interim General Manager for the 5 star hotel, Storfjord Hotel, from July 2024 till end of April 2025. Member hotel of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and located 30 minutes from Ålesund.

Nordic Hotels & Resorts

Hired as the external speaker for Nordic Hotels & Resorts Sales Summit 2024 at Yasuragi Spa Hotel outside of Stockholm. Andrès spoke about hospitality, delivering exceptional service and how each can contribute to business success.

LUX Hotel Apartments

Management Contract as a Pre-Opening General Manager for the new high-end residence hotel project in Lillestrøm in Norway. Project is from July 2023 to August 2024., with continuation as a consultant from August 2024.

Britannia Hotel, member of LHW

Andrès was working full-time as Hotel Manager, Revenue Manager and Front of House Manager for the hotel in Trondheim, Norway from May 2021 to July 2023. He was also part of LHW Technology Committee.

Hotel Continental, member of LHW

Andrès worked full-time as Reservations & Revenue Manager as well as Front of House Manager from January 2018 to May 2021. He was also on the Executive Board as an employee representative.

Club Med Gregolimano

Andrès was hired as the Guest Relations Manager for the seasonal Club Med Gregolimano in Greece. He implemented routines and the structure as it was the 1st year with this department at the resort.

Sweet & Suite

Andrès was hired as Development & Executive Associate as well as Commercial Assistant for Sweet & Suite in Paris that is a consultant and management company for independent hotels across France.
