RG Hospitality Management has been selected for a Management Contract for the pre-opening of the hotel concept LUX Hotel in Lillestrøm, Norway.
The new hotel will feature 50 high-end studios and apartments from 33sqm to 123sqm, sky bar, restaurant, wine bar, spa, meeting & event spaces, garage and car care center.
It´s set to open in Q4 2023. The Managing Director of RG Hospitality Management, Andrès Reyes Gjerme, is the appointed General Manager of LUX Hotel and started with the project in July 2023 and will last until end of July 2024 together with the project team already in place.
The word LUX derives from the previous grounds of Luxor factory and the unit of illuminance. The residence embodies the spirit of this with its illuminated facade.
