Revenue & Distribution Digital revenue strategies took center stage during Riley's presentation from NUVHO Smart Hoteliers. Riley shared proven techniques for optimizing online visibility and increasing direct bookings, stressing the necessity of meeting consumers on their preferred platforms in today's digital-first environment.

Live the brand

Our Managing Director, Andrès, delivered a compelling masterclass on the concept of "Live the Brand" through operational execution. His presentation detailed how every aspect of hotel operations must align with core brand values to create authentic and memorable guest experiences, with diffrent well-proven frameworks that can be adapted to all hotels, including fostering a strong culture and building different guest journeys and not a singular one.

Art in hospitality

Complementing the operational focus, Jack Newell from the Grove Gallery explored the "Art of Excellence" illustrating how thoughtfully curated art collections can enhance a hotel's unique identity and elevate the guest experience by creating distinctive atmospheres that resonate with visitors especially in the high-end and luxury segments.
